QuickVandi Terms and Conditions

5. Payment and Fees
- Ride Fares: You agree to pay the fare for each ride you book through QuickVandi. Fare estimates may be provided before booking, but the final charge may vary based on factors such as traffic, route changes, or other unforeseen conditions.
- Payment Methods: You must provide valid payment information (credit/debit card, digital wallets, etc.) and authorize QuickVandi to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
- Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a ride after a certain period or the driver has already arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Promotions: QuickVandi may offer promotions or discounts at its discretion. These may be subject to specific terms and conditions and are non-transferable.
6. Driver and Ride Services
QuickVandi connects passengers with independent, third-party drivers. QuickVandi does not provide transportation services directly and is not responsible for the actions of the drivers. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of QuickVandi.
- QuickVandi does not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of drivers or their vehicles.
- You assume all risk associated with the use of ride services provided through the app.
7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of QuickVandi, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and ride bookings.
- Treat drivers and other users with respect.
- Comply with all applicable laws and traffic regulations while using the Services.
- Ensure that any minor passengers are properly supervised and seated in accordance with local laws.
QuickVandi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for users who engage in inappropriate or illegal conduct.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
QuickVandi provides its Services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QuickVandi does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickVandi disclaims all liability for any:
- Personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from your use of the Services.
- Inaccuracies or errors in fare estimates or route information.
- Delays, cancellations, or failures to provide ride services by third-party drivers.
- Unauthorized access to or use of your account or personal data.
In no event shall QuickVandi be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickVandi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
